Noise emission standard

Maximum limit standard of environmental noise in five urban areas;

1. The convalescent area, senior villa area and senior hotel area are 50db during the day and 40dB at night (from 22: 00 to 6: 00 the next day, the same below);

2 residential, cultural and educational institutions-based areas, 55db during the day and 45db at night.

3. Residential, commercial and industrial mixed zone, 60db during the day and 50db at night.

4. Industrial zone, 65db during the day and 55db at night.

5. The areas on both sides of the city's road traffic trunk lines, inland waterways and railway primary and secondary trunk lines are 70db during the day and 55db at night.

First of all, different noises have different interference to people:

1. People should call the police if they are disturbed by chatting, shouting and audio equipment;

2. Interference caused by restaurants (blowers, etc.). ) should be reported to the local environmental protection bureau;

3. The construction nuisance should contact urban management to reflect.

Second, the noise of neighbors disturbs people, and the owner can take legal measures to obtain evidence from the following aspects:

1. Direct recording of noise;

2. Recording the dialogue between the two parties in the negotiation process, and fixing the evidence that the other party admitted to making noise);

3. Require the property to issue a certificate;

4. Find a qualified unit for noise monitoring.

Legal basis: Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution prohibits construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution at night in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated in urban areas, except for emergency repairs, emergency rescue operations and continuous operations due to production process requirements or special needs. If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, there must be a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent department. Night operations as mentioned in the preceding paragraph must be announced to nearby residents.
