Xi 'an Property Fee Standard New Provisions 2022

Xi Development and Reform Commission issued the Measures for the Administration of Xi Property Service Charges. In 2022, the standard of security property fee stipulated that the highest security property fee was 2.2 yuan/m2, Kloc-0/.9 yuan/m2 and Kloc-0/.5 yuan/m2 for high-rise residential buildings. The maximum property fee for Xi 'an multi-storey residence is 0.85 yuan/month-square meter, 0.75 yuan/month-square meter for the second level and 0.65 yuan/square meter-month for the third level.

High-rise refers to a house with elevators above seven floors (including seven floors), and the seven floors without elevators refer to the multi-storey charging standard. Multi-storey refers to the residence with no elevator below six floors (including six floors), and the elevator below six floors refers to the high-rise charging standard. After the renovation of the old house, the property service fee with elevator shall be implemented according to the charging standard not higher than that of the high-rise building.
