Wang Xin's Economic Management Work

1983 After graduating from university, he joined the Zhejiang Provincial Planning and Economic Commission. During my work in the Planning Office and the Foreign Investment Management Office, I was engaged in the economic management of the province's social and economic development plan, the feasibility study of loan projects from the World Bank, ADB and foreign governments, foreign negotiations, the establishment and approval of foreign-funded enterprises (projects), etc.

1993 resigned from the provincial planning commission and went to work in Zhejiang Ye Feng group, a large-scale private enterprise, and contracted to operate Zhejiang Ye Feng group industry and trade industrial company. After short-term domestic trade and import trade, he was transferred to Zhejiang Ye Feng Group Real Estate Development Company as the deputy general manager in 1994, and has since entered the real estate industry, which has reached 13 years. During the field trip, I participated in the development of large-scale real estate projects in Shi Jia Garden (with a total construction area of 200,000 ㎡) and Zhao Hui Modern City (with a total construction area of 600,000 ㎡), and was mainly responsible for the preliminary investigation, planning and design, approval, marketing and property management of the projects.
