Registered Property Manager refers to a person who has passed the national unified examination organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, obtained the Certificate of Property Manager in People's Republic of China (PRC) and registered in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and obtained the Certificate of Registration of Property Manager in People's Republic of China (PRC). The registration certificate is valid for 3 years.

"Registered Property Manager" refers to a professional manager who has passed the national unified examination and obtained the Qualification Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Manager and the Registration Certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) Property Manager according to law, and is engaged in property management. The qualification of property managers shall be subject to the national unified outline and unified proposition examination system, which shall be held once a year in principle. The examination date is the third quarter of each year. In principle, the test sites are located in universities, technical secondary schools or designated schools for college entrance examination in provincial capital cities and municipalities directly under the Central Government. If it is really necessary to set up in other cities, it must be approved by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel.

The examination work of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be organized and implemented by the local personnel administrative department in conjunction with the real estate administrative department, and the specific division of responsibilities shall be determined through consultation.
