(6) There should be a suppression test after the waterway renovation, but now many decoration teams have not suppressed the test. They will lie to you in many ways, saying that there is no need to suppress, saying that the water pipe is under pressure and so on.

(7) After the location of the washing machine is determined, the drainage pipe of the washing machine can be considered in the wall, which is beautiful and convenient;

(8) After the kitchen and bathroom floor tiles are laid, check whether the floor drain is unobstructed (the drainage speed after removing the floor drain cover shall prevail, because most deep-water sealed floor drains have the problem of slow drainage);

(9) Another point is particularly important. It is best not to use deep water to seal the floor drain of washing machine. The washing machine drains water quickly and has a large displacement. The launching speed of deep-water sealed floor drain can not be reached at all, which will directly lead to water overflow.

(10) When sealing the floor drain in deep water, it should be cleaned frequently according to the use situation, otherwise the rubber pad under the floor drain will not be sealed after hanging dirty things;

(eleven) when closing the house, we should pay attention to check whether the drains in the kitchen and bathroom are unobstructed. If the drainage is slow, we should promptly clear the property; Protect the drain when decorating, especially when laying kitchen and bathroom tiles, which is most likely to cause cement to fall into the drain and cause blockage;

(12) In the process of waterway reconstruction, four points should be paid attention to in the cold and hot water supply pipes reserved for later installation of electric water heaters and faucets:

2, cold and hot water nozzle should be two centimeters higher than the wall, in the wall brick, also should ask bricklayer to ensure that the wall brick and water pipe nozzle are in the same level. 3. The cold and hot water nozzles are vertical to the wall surface, and care should be taken not to let the bricklayer get crooked when sticking the wall tiles in the future (if they are not vertical, it will be difficult to install them in the future);

4. Ensure the spacing of 15cm (at present, the spacing between hot and cold water of most electric water heaters and faucets is 15cm, and some are10cm);

(13) Don't forget to waterproof the bathroom floor, especially where there are grooves. If the shower area is not a closed shower room, the wall waterproof should be 180 cm high to prevent "wall sweating" in the future. Be sure to do a 24-hour closed water test before plastering cement, and bricklaying can only be done if there is no problem;

Second, the circuit part.

The design of (14) circuit must be determined after considering the possibility, feasibility and availability in detail. No one wants to pull wires everywhere on the walls and floors of their new home. Circuit design should also pay attention to its flexibility, and sometimes it cannot be too "comprehensive". Summed up a simple principle: in the future, when the electrical plugs are concentrated, it is often better to connect a patch panel, and the effect is often better than setting a full wall socket;

(15) The location of the socket is very important. It often happens that the socket is just behind the bedside table, which makes the cabinet unable to lean against the wall. It is generally not wrong to make the socket as well as possible, but if the socket is left in an inappropriate position, it may conflict with the furniture placement or electrical installation in the later period. Students should remember;

(16) Double control (bedside and porch) can be considered for the bedroom ceiling lamp;

(17) Some kitchen sockets are convenient with switches to avoid the inconvenience of unplugging rice cookers from time to time in the future.

(eighteen) according to the needs of life, the ceiling lamp in the living room can be equipped with a separate control switch (in the lobby and at the door facing away from the master bedroom);

(nineteen) how to charge the cassette must be agreed in advance, which is the most hidden and dark profit point of water circuit transformation.
