The difference between subletting by means of production and lessee leasing

The differences between the two are as follows:

1. Different lease objects: Production subletting refers to dividing a piece of cultivated land into several pieces, contracting by different farmers, and leasing the land use right. Tenant leasing refers to renting one or more houses or properties to the tenant for use.

2. Different leasehold rights and interests: The leasehold rights and interests under the mode of production are mainly land use rights. Tenants can grow crops and raise livestock, but the ownership of the land still belongs to the local owners or the government. Tenant lease means that tenants can use the leased property for living, office or business activities, but the ownership of the property still belongs to the owner or real estate company.

3. The lease term is different: the sublease of production mode is generally leased according to the agricultural production cycle, generally ranging from 3 to 5 years, while the lessee lease can be short-term lease or long-term lease according to the agreement.
