You should be good at finding beauty, ugliness, goodness and evil among residents, be good at promoting goodness and being brave in correcting mistakes, carry forward righteousness and resist evil spirits, cultivate your eyes into a sword of justice and sting ugly and evil thoughts.

5. Have a scale in mind: having a scale in mind means having a standard in mind, knowing what is right and wrong, knowing what is personal selfishness and what is the public interest of most people. You can't follow the crowd and even follow a few people to disrupt community order and undermine community management. We should take responsibility and fulfill our obligations according to the standards of a harmonious community and a beautiful home.

Sixth, the belly is reasonable: as the saying goes, there is nothing in a thousand faces, and everyone in the community has it. Anything strange can happen. We must first understand the policies, regulations and theories ourselves, so as to better persuade, persuade, influence and influence individuals and turn the special needs of the minority into the public interests of the majority.

Vision is the goal, feelings are like the distance, great love is like the road, righteousness is the benchmark, and passion is the driving force. As long as you aim at the goal, go forward and have no hesitation, you can embrace the future.

Only when grid workers understand the importance of grid work to the community will they take the initiative to participate; Only by understanding the difficulty of grid work can we know fairly well; Only by understanding the standards of grid workers can we constantly improve ourselves; Only when you have confidence can you stand injustice and pressure.
