Managing people with institutional innovation has reversed the chaotic situation of real estate order and curbed the chaos in the land market.

Land elements are "alive", and there is room for our industrial development and urban construction, with few constraints.

Without urban infrastructure, industrial clusters cannot achieve intensive and economical development. The city lacks industrial support and can only be an "empty city".

Our industrialization and urbanization have a weak foundation and a low starting point, so there is much to be done in the integration of production and city.

Based on this, we plan and implement industrial clusters, urban development and land use in a unified way.

Over the past five years, urban construction has invested 6.5 billion yuan to connect four ring roads, forming a "nine horizontal and ten vertical" road network in the urban area, and building 2 1 parks and small parks such as Bishuihe Park and Lianghe Park.

The industrial cluster area will be built into a "three vertical and four horizontal" main road, which will be interconnected with the county seat; Water supply and drainage infrastructure and industrial clusters in county towns are integrated with each other.

Public services extend to industrial clusters. Construction of low-rent housing and public rental housing in industrial clusters, supporting staff service centers, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, etc.

Yifeng Oil produces 200,000 tons of edible oil from various plants every year, and is the largest edible oil producer in southern Henan.

The birth of cities embodies the basic role of new agricultural modernization.

The interaction between production and city is to play the role of the city's radiation, drive the agricultural population to concentrate in cities and towns, and realize the scale operation of agriculture.

The transfer of farmers to cities and towns has accelerated the transfer of land management rights. The whole county has transferred more than 250,000 mu of land, and developed 85 farmers' professional cooperatives such as edible fungi, beer wheat and black peanuts/kloc-0, which promoted the large-scale operation of agriculture.

Through the introduction of a number of leading agricultural and sideline products processing enterprises, the industrial chain has been lengthened, and the rapid development of modern agriculture such as edible mushroom industry with Biyang flower mushroom as the brand has been promoted.

The interaction between production and cities has improved the intensive utilization rate of land. In recent years, the area of cultivated land in our county has increased instead of decreased, and 59,000 mu of cultivated land has been developed and arranged, effectively ensuring the ten-year growth of grain output and further consolidating the basic position of agriculture.
