According to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for Open Recruitment of Staff in Qingdao Public Institutions (Trial) and the General Rules for Open Recruitment of Staff in Qingdao Zhanshan Sanatorium in 20021year, and according to the written examination and interview results of open recruitment in Qingdao Zhanshan Sanatorium in 20021year, the following candidates are determined to participate in the physical examination:

The physical examination is scheduled for Friday morning, 20021119. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

At 08: 00 am on June 1 Sunday, June165438+1October 19, candidates will report to the Qingdao Federation of Trade Unions (Zhanshanyi Road 18) with their ID cards. Those who fail to do it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification (except for force majeure reasons such as epidemic prevention and control).

2. The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.2016140 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Keep an empty stomach on the day of physical examination. Please take a rest a few days before the physical examination to avoid strenuous exercise.

3. Strictly implement the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19. Candidates should take the initiative to show the Shandong electronic health pass code (green code) and the recent 14-day boarding card, and take the initiative to take the temperature measurement as required. Non-green-code candidates must provide negative proof of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 48 hours before physical examination. Candidates who can't provide health certificates, have lived or been in contact with foreign countries or key areas with medium or high-risk epidemics in China within 0/4 days, and have suspicious symptoms (body temperature above 37.3℃, persistent dry cough, fatigue, dyspnea and other symptoms) confirmed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals are not allowed to enter the physical examination site. Please pay attention to personal protection and bring your own disposable medical mask or surgical mask.

After passing the medical examination, the final candidate will be determined according to the investigation, and relevant matters will be notified separately at that time.
