Second, the mode of payment

1. According to the provisions of Dalian Heating Regulations, the heat consumption of new residential buildings shall not be suspended during the two heating periods.

For users who have stopped using heat, our company will cut off the pipeline and cannot resume heating during the heating period this year.

3. According to the provisions of Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Suspension and Recovery of Heating Users in Dalian, the effectiveness of the suspension heating agreement shall be terminated until the users resume normal heat use. Users who have stopped power supply in previous years will continue to stop power supply in winter and do not need to stop power supply. Our company will regard it as continuing to stop power supply until the user pays the heating bill.
