After 5 17 rounds of 4-dragon bidding, Poly of DeUEX finally won 66% equity of the TOD project of Changgongyan in Tianfu New District with a starting price of 766 million and a premium of 68% among dozens of real estate predators.

Chengdu Rail City Development Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for the TOD project of Changgongyan Station on July 3, 20 19. The scope of the project covers Groups 3 and 5 of Xiangshan Village, Huayang Street, Tianfu New District, and Group 5 of Luojiadian Village, Xinglong Street, with a net land area of 2 18.452 mu. The TOD project of Changgongyan is generally positioned as an innovative model of "Green Park+Rail Transit+Quality Property". The design goal is to build "open community+open block business+retirement park business" by means of TOD comprehensive development, form high-quality living and consumption places, promote beautiful and livable park cities, and upgrade the region from "park in the city" to "city in the park". At the same time, Changgongyan Station is a transfer station for Line 6 under construction and the planned 15 line, and it is also one of the first batch of 16 TOD projects in Chengdu.

The TOD project of Changgongyan Park is rich in green resources, and it is particularly popular in the background that Chengdu has become a park city and low-density high-end residence has become the mainstream of the market. In addition to Poly, China Merchants, Vanke, etc. , has cooperated with Chengdu rail transit, and TOD products have also been developed in Longhu, Yuexiu and other real estates. Chengdu also plans to launch at least four TOD foreign cooperation projects this year. For real estate big V, TOD has more room for future development.

With Poly10.288 billion yuan kicking off the cooperative development of Chengdu TOD, Chengdu TOD, as a "fragrant cake", has increasingly touched the hearts of housing enterprises.
