Nanjing did not cancel the property management fee. On the afternoon of June 30th, the draft of Nanjing Residential Property Management Regulations passed the first round of expert review. The drafting team of Hohai University investigated 62 new and old residential areas in Nanjing and distributed 1260 questionnaires. Including 9 affordable housing communities, 28 old communities and 25 commercial housing communities. Compared with the original method, the new draft has changed a lot. Chen Guanghua, deputy dean of the Law School of Hohai University and head of the drafting group, revealed that a new system of 12 has been created and eight systems have been refined. However, Professor Huang Ernst & Young, director of the Institute of Property Management of Southeast University, who participated in one of the expert reviews, said that there are too many difficulties in property management and there are still many controversies in the new draft. After the two rounds of deliberation and approval, it will be open to the public for comments.
