The electronic lock at the gate of the yard is often broken, even if it is not broken, there is no need for an access card, because the security guard will open the door for everyone, and the parking pole is often broken, and the pole is always rising. In the last two days, the pit on the road has been repaired, and the excavated asphalt blocks are piled up at the exit of the sidewalk, so the sidewalk can't walk. But I have to say that the corridor is still clean, and the garbage is cleaned up every day. Is it worth a few hundred dollars a year? Depends on how you feel.
