First, smoothly enter the community. While strictly implementing the management measures of the closed control zone and the control zone, people outside the "two zones" are encouraged to participate in production and business activities such as agriculture, industry, commerce and construction. People entering and leaving the residential area shall implement the policy of "permit access, code reading without a license, and code registration without a license", and all * * * construction units are not allowed to tighten up at will in * * *, the party branch of the residential area and the property management company. The masses need to do personal protection, wear masks to travel, and advocate "two points and one line" between the unit and the place of residence.

Second, the road traffic is smooth. The city's traffic is smooth, and the physical hard isolation of roads within the city's jurisdiction is completely removed to ensure smooth and safe. Foreigners stranded in Yucheng can leave Yucheng with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Local personnel continue to implement "non-essential not to leave Chongqing", and if it is really necessary to leave Chongqing, it shall be implemented according to the current policy.

Third, production and operation are smooth. Unless the closed entertainment places necessary for life are temporarily closed, qualified industrial enterprises, construction sites, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It should be fully open under the premise of implementing the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and take the initiative to accept the supervision of the competent authorities of the industry.

Fourth, do not relax and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control. Optimize and improve the stricter and more accurate source control mechanism, and do a good job in the management of "three people and three things" for overseas personnel, entry-exit personnel in key domestic areas, key control personnel and foreign cold chain items, foreign non-cold chain ordinary items and domestic express delivery. Enterprises at all levels, departments and units should implement measures to prevent and control the normalized epidemic situation and resolutely hold the bottom line of no large-scale rebound.
