Walking into the factory, I saw a clean environment and orderly working procedures. Give people a vibrant impression. Walking into the workshop, although most of the work in the production process is done by hand, the efficiency and serious and responsible attitude of the workers attracted most visitors.

The factory has its own timetable and will strictly abide by it. Even during lunch break, every worker will clean up his area in order, which is one of the reasons why the factory can keep clean. On the issue of dining, the factory also has its own characteristics. That is, from the top to the ordinary workers, the meals they eat are the same, without any specialization.

Second, the learning process

The following points are the main knowledge I learned during my internship in the factory and some experiences I got from it.

This process is a machine operation. The process is mainly to wind copper wire on the finished iron core. In this process, the main equipment inputs the number of turns required by the winding into the electronic machine. After the number of turns is set, the machine winds automatically.

Coil winding

This process mainly requires the master to wrap the wrapped copper coil with plastic tape paper, which can better insulate and protect the internal coil. We also make our own coils, and feel that it is not easy to do this process as workers.

Preliminary detection of coil

Because the factory pays attention to the qualification of each part and the serious attitude towards the product, the factory carries out preliminary measurement and detection, mainly to detect whether the coil is broken, so as to avoid the trouble of inspection after packaging.
