A project is regarded as a property management area, but if it is too big to manage, or has been divided into several natural blocks or closed communities, it can be divided into independent property management areas.

According to Article 5 of Wuhan Property Management Regulations, the division of property management areas should follow the principle of relative concentration and easy management, and comprehensively consider the facilities and equipment used by the property, building scale, community construction and other factors.
