However, if the voting right of the property company is given to the tenant, it will cause some troubles, which will not only make the tenant put his own interests first in his choice, but also cause some disputes with others. Because each tenant's ideas are different, the views and requirements of the property company will be different.

If residents only consider personal issues when voting, they will become more arbitrary and irrational in some exchanges and interests. From the perspective of fairness and justice, the property company chosen in this way is unconvincing and there will be many entanglements in daily communication. Therefore, it is necessary to let the property and the owners have a certain sense of distance to better deal with the problem.
