20 14 Announcement of Public Recruitment of 37 People in Institutions of Taihe County, Jiangxi Province
According to the relevant regulations on public recruitment of public institutions, some public institutions in Taihe County plan to openly recruit 37 staff members for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic principles
Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, and openly recruit outstanding talents with both ability and political integrity for the society according to the requirements of post setting.
Second, the basic conditions
(a) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(two) law-abiding, moral integrity;
(3) Physical conditions for normal performance of duties;
(4) Having the qualifications required for the recruitment position.
One of the following circumstances does not qualify for the examination:
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;
3 suspected of violating the law and discipline is being examined by the discipline inspection and supervision organs or judicial organs, and no conclusion has been reached;
4. Staff members of government agencies and institutions who have not yet turned positive during the probation period;
5. Laws and regulations stipulate that other personnel who are staff members of public institutions may not be recruited.
Three. Recruitment unit, position and qualification
(1) For details of the recruitment unit, post and qualification conditions, please refer to the Post Form of Public Recruitment of Staff in Taihe County Institutions (attachment 1).
(2) The professional classification is based on Gan Ren She Fa [2012] No.86, and the deadline for age and work experience is 2065438+August 3, 20041,and the age determination is based on personal files.
Four. Recruitment procedure
The recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of issuing recruitment announcement, registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, determination of hiring personnel, publicity and employment.
(1) Announcement
Through the website of Ji 'an Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the website of Taihe County People's Government, Taihe TV Station and other media, the recruitment announcement was issued.
(2) Registration
1. Registration time: 2014 September17-September 19.
2. Registration place: Taihe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (the third floor of Taihe County Government, tel: 0796-863883 1).
3. Registration procedure: applicants will submit the materials required for registration to the staff at the registration point for preliminary qualification examination. After passing the examination, go through the registration and payment procedures on the spot. The registration fee is charged according to the relevant regulations. Each person is limited to one post. This exam was carried out in good faith. Candidates should carefully read the job qualifications and report the qualified positions. Candidates who are disqualified from the examination because they do not meet the requirements shall bear the consequences themselves. Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the qualifications required for the published position will be disqualified from the examination.
4. Materials submitted for registration: my ID card, graduation certificate, the original and photocopy of the employment registration certificate for graduates, the examination registration form for candidates in Taihe County institutions (see Annex 2, printed on A4 paper and downloaded from the website of Ji 'an Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or Taihe County People's Government), and 3 recent 1 inch bareheaded color photos. On-the-job personnel are required to provide proof that the unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam.
The ratio of applicants to job applicants should reach 1:3. If it does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the recruitment plan should be reduced or cancelled accordingly (the ratio of job applicants to announcer job applicants should reach1:/kloc-0, but not1:/kloc-0).
(3) Examination
Taihe County People's Hospital, Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Taihe County Maternity Hospital only have written examinations without interviews; Taihe county radio and television announcer position first interview (audition) and then written test; Taihe county radio and television reporter post, Taihe county catering service and health food and cosmetics supervision post written test.

(1) The written test content for the posts of announcer and reporter of Taihe County Radio and Television Station is interview writing, with a full score of 100.
(2) The contents of the post written test in Taihe County People's Hospital, Taihe County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Taihe County Maternity Hospital are mainly based on basic knowledge and professional knowledge, with a full score of 100.
(3) The written test content of the post of Taihe County Food and Beverage Service and Health Food Cosmetics Supervision Institute is basic knowledge, relevant professional knowledge, policies and regulations, and writing, with a full score of 100.
(4) The written test time will be notified separately.

(1) Selection of interviewers for the post of reporter of Taihe County Radio and Television Station and the post of Taihe County Food and Beverage Service and Health Food and Cosmetics Supervision Office: According to the written test results and the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:3, the interviewers for each post are determined from high score to low score (the last one with the same written test results enters the interview together), and the number of job recruiters is the same as the actual written test number. If there are vacancies for interviewers due to abandoning the exam, the written test scores will be replenished from high to low.
(2) Determination of special post interview (audition) and written test personnel: ① Interview (audition) before the written test of the announcer post of Taihe County Radio and Television Station. After passing the qualification examination, all personnel will enter the interview (audition). According to the interview (audition) results, according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 5, the candidates who take the written test will be determined from high score to low score (the last candidate with the same interview (audition) results will enter the written test together). If there are vacancies in the written test candidates due to abandoning the test, they will be replenished from high score to low score. ② The post examinations of Taihe County People's Hospital, Taihe County Chinese Medicine Hospital and Taihe County Maternity Hospital are only written and not interviewed. All qualified personnel enter the written test.

3. Calculation of comprehensive test scores (the test scores shall be kept at two decimal places):
(1) Candidates who apply for positions in Taihe County People's Hospital, Taihe County Chinese Medicine Hospital and Taihe County Maternity Hospital account for 40% of the total basic knowledge and 60% of the professional knowledge.
(two) candidates who apply for the position of announcer, the total test score according to the interview (audition) accounted for 60%, and the written test score accounted for 40%.
(3) Candidates who apply for the positions of Taihe County Radio and Television reporter, Taihe County Catering Service and Health Food and Cosmetics Supervision Office have a total score of 50% in written test and 50% in interview.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
1. Candidates applying for posts in Taihe County People's Hospital, Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taihe County Maternity Hospital shall determine the physical examination and assessment objects according to the total score of written test (if the total score of written test is the same, the professional knowledge of the post shall prevail). For positions with the ratio of actual written test number to recruitment number less than or equal to 1: 1, candidates must achieve a comprehensive score of 60 or above in written test before entering the physical examination and assessment, otherwise the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled or reduced.
2. Candidates who apply for announcer positions shall determine the physical examination and assessment objects from high score to low score according to the total scores of interview (audition) and written test (if the total scores of the exam are the same, the interview (audition) results shall prevail).
3. Candidates who apply for the positions of Taihe County Radio and Television reporter and Taihe County Food and Beverage Service and Health Food and Cosmetics Supervision Institute will determine the physical examination and assessment objects from high score to low score according to the comprehensive examination scores of written examination and interview (the total examination scores are the same, and the interview scores are the same). For the position where the ratio of the number of people actually participating in the interview to the number of people recruited is less than or equal to 1: 1, the applicant must achieve an interview score of 70 or above before entering the physical examination and assessment, otherwise the recruitment plan for this position will be cancelled or reduced.
Before the physical examination and assessment, candidates voluntarily give up vacant positions, and then make up according to the total score of the above examination from high score to low score; Vacant positions that are unqualified in physical examination and assessment or that candidates voluntarily give up after physical examination and assessment will not be filled.
4. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. The physical examination work is the responsibility of Taihe County People's Social Security Bureau. The medical examination time will be notified separately, and the medical examination expenses will be taken care of by yourself.
After the physical examination, the Taihe County People's Social Security Bureau and the competent department of the employer jointly organize the examination of those who have passed the physical examination.
(5) Publicity and employment
After the physical examination and assessment, the list of persons to be employed shall be determined among those whose physical examination and assessment results meet the employment conditions, and publicized on the website of Taihe County People's Government. The publicity time is seven days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the Taihe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will report it to the Taihe County People's Government for approval, and go through the employment examination and approval procedures according to the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.
The employing unit shall fill in the Approval Form for Employment of Institutions in Ji 'an City in triplicate when going through the formalities of employment examination and approval, and go through the relevant formalities with the approval form after being audited by the competent department and reported to the Taihe County People's Social Security Bureau for examination and approval.
