Second, assist the cost allocator to allocate administrative expenses at the end of the month. Functional summary of expense details through skilled operation; Familiar with the business characteristics of various administrative services, understand the specific operation process of each business; Deepen the understanding of the relationship between cost center and administrative cost distribution, and deeply understand the great significance of cost control to modern enterprises; I also have a preliminary understanding of the office automation system based on cost sharing business.

Third, assist the station manager to allocate and optimize the station combination in the office area. Based on the principle of reasonable and full use of workstation resources in the office area, cooperate with workstation administrators to allocate workstations according to the actual needs of various departments, coordinate the disputes on workstation allocation among various departments, and fully realize the importance and timeliness of close coordination and cooperation between decoration companies, weak current companies, furniture companies, moving companies and property units in the project implementation process.

Fourth: assist colleagues in warehouse distribution management. Warehouse management is mainly to coordinate the rational distribution of the company's warehouses among various departments, and make full use of the space resources of the warehouses through reasonable goods placement.

Fifth, assist colleagues to draw up housing lease contracts. Shangdi Digital Science and Technology Plaza in Haidian District (5A-level intelligent office building built by Digital China) not only meets its own use, but also involves renting office buildings, shops, warehouses, etc., and needs to sign various housing lease contracts. First of all, the contract pays attention to the accuracy of words, so I often "chew words" with my colleagues and check the whole contract text word by word; The housing lease contract must specify the name, location (specific to the floor) and area (construction area or use area, etc.). ) the architectural theme; The description of the rent should be accurate and clear, including not only the daily rent, but also the monthly rent, and the payment method, payment period, default amount, etc. In the lease of office buildings, property management companies play a great role. Many times, the owner's solution to the individual needs of the lessee is achieved through the property management company, because the property management company is more familiar with the specific equipment and facilities of the building than the owner.

Sixth: submit the report on the operation and energy saving of building property equipment. After actively cooperating with the engineering department of Beijing China Merchants Property Management Co., Ltd. and getting the relevant key data and data analysis from the property engineering department, I conducted a two-week investigation on the working principle, operation, equipment characteristics, operating system and energy consumption of the property equipment in Digital Science and Technology Plaza. The main equipment investigated includes power distribution system, air conditioning and refrigeration system, generator and emergency lighting system, building heating system, fire alarm and fire water system, safety monitoring system, building automatic control system, air supply and exhaust system and elevator system.

Seventh: independently complete the planning scheme of the cost sharing system. First of all, I made a preliminary investigation on the current situation of cost sharing in administrative service centers. After discussing the cost allocation of this business with business administrators, I discussed the similarities and differences of the cost allocation of various businesses, and made a comprehensive analysis of the whole business process from the aspects of employees submitting business requirements, incurring expenses, generating expense details, making and auditing the allocation table, financial ERP statistics, and forming accounting vouchers. After comprehensive analysis, I suggest to improve the whole business process, and put forward some suggestions on electronic cost allocation, electronic audit of cost allocation table and electronic financial accounting, as well as some schemes for establishing cost allocation system. Through the description of the main functional modules of IT demand planning and cost allocation system, the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of development cost, estimated working hours, expected income and expansibility, and finally the better scheme is selected from several schemes.

Eighth: IT demand planning of workstation application system. In the process of assisting the stationmaster to manage the station, I deeply felt the inconvenience caused by the lack of automation system. The above eight tasks seem more and more complicated, but we can summarize them from the following three aspects.

The second aspect of work is management. Management here mainly refers to process management, such as sorting out and improving the cost distribution system, establishing and standardizing the job application system, etc. Understanding management from the perspective of process has shifted the focus of management from the past. Management is no longer just the work itself, nor the people who work, but the structure of the whole process. Process activities can be divided into value-added activities and non-value-added activities. To judge whether the process structure is reasonable, we only need to look at whether the proportion of value-added activities and non-value-added activities in the process activities is reasonable. In this way, management can be transformed into the control of this ratio. Effective management is to increase the value-added activities of the process, reduce the non-value-added activities and promote the value-added of the process.

The third aspect of the work is the work of IT technology. From the perspective of software engineering, the life cycle of software includes requirements analysis, overall design, detailed design, coding implementation, system debugging and maintenance. Now, the scheme planning of the cost sharing system and the demand planning of the job hunting system have progressed to the early stage of demand analysis and overall design. The next step requires us to further communicate with OA system members, and achieve the perfection and final implementation of the process by repeating the details of the internal process. IT technology is a very effective management tool. When it is combined with process management, both sides are full of vitality because of each other's existence. On the one hand, the application of IT system expands the space for process improvement and promotes the realization of process management and organizational change; On the other hand, process management has determined the direction for IT department to play its role and provided it with a focus. No matter how fine the process management is, as long as it is managed by people and constrained by people, it is inseparable from the brand of rule by people, and there will be omissions. Just like the popular business process reengineering in recent years, the process has been reorganized, but there are more and more management systems. Because of people's inertia, the system without rigid constraints can never play a role, but the change has rebounded and employees have embarked on the old road of the past. If IT technology is introduced into business process reengineering, the situation will be completely different. IT technology is about things, not people. Set up IT technical barriers in process management, and take management reform measures as rigid constraints. Once the IT technical regulations are not complied with, the information system will report the error and refuse to execute the instruction without waiting for the superior to find out. At the same time, IT technology is not omnipotent. Only by implementing IT technology according to the needs of business departments and management and taking the route of process optimization can we avoid the IT black hole, that is, enterprises feel that they have invested their money in a bottomless black hole, and the investment in IT systems cannot achieve substantial results. Therefore, business requirements and management requirements are fundamental and the support to realize these requirements.

Through the above work, I deeply understand the internal operation process and management norms of large enterprises that establish modern enterprise system, the soul role of enterprise culture as enterprise software in enterprise organizational structure, and the epoch-making role of IT informatization in enterprise process construction. At the same time, with the cooperation of practice teachers, I participated in many coordination and communication with colleagues in other departments, which greatly expanded my coordination and communication ability.

As a graduate student majoring in management science and engineering, through this stage of internship experience, self-discovery needs to be improved in two aspects:

First, the financial aspect. Learning management is inseparable from finance, which is one of the core parts of management. The optimization and correction of all management processes will ultimately be reflected in the profits of enterprises, and process changes that cannot bring value-added to enterprises are unsuccessful. SAP's ERP system is the best solution to standardize business processes, and its FI module provides a good financial guarantee for many listed companies, which is where I need to take the initiative to pay attention and study hard in the future.

Second, the application of IT technology. IT technology is more and more widely used in enterprise management, and planning enterprise processes with information technology is the support of enterprise success. In the future study, while learning computer software development technology well, we must pay attention to the latest development direction and achievements of IT technology and its application in management reform. How to grasp the learning degree of management and technology will be a problem that I need to solve in my further study. I can't learn technology too deeply, because I'm not a computer major after all, and I have no advantage in programming, but I can't learn it too shallowly.
