Legal analysis: the residential property should compensate the corresponding medical expenses. If the property management company has its own loopholes in providing security services, and the property management company fails to make up for the fact that it has infringed on the owners, the property management company shall bear the legal responsibility for failing to fulfill its security obligations and compensate the owners for their losses.

Legal basis: Article 36 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Property Management. The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
