What's the difference between outsourcing and regular employees?
? In fact, the difference between outsourced employees and regular employees is obvious, which can be seen carefully in daily life. Take a park in Chongqing as an example. The park is under the jurisdiction of the municipal garden department, and there are two kinds of formal employees and outsourcing employees in the park.
The regular employees belong to the establishment, and the garden pruning, weeding, usual cleaning and sanitation, and public toilet management in the park are outsourced to a property company. The owner of the property company negotiated the price with the garden, and contracted the cleaning and green plant management of the park. In this way, there are two kinds of people working in the park. One is the official municipal park manager, who works from nine to five every day and has weekends. The job is to patrol the park several times to see where the sanitation is not done well, where the flowers and plants need pruning, and where the lawn needs pruning. If problems are found, inform the outsourcing company directly.
Another kind of people who work in the park are the employees of outsourcing companies, who come early in the morning to sweep the floor, prune and weed, brave the scorching sun in summer and the frost in winter, not to mention five insurances and one gold, because formal employees can get the project and get the job, and the boss of the outsourcing company will contract these.
Regular employees have easy work, high wages and good welfare benefits, while employees in outsourcing companies work hard and their wages are less than half of those of regular employees. Formal employees blow air conditioners in the office, while employees of outsourcing companies sweat profusely in the scorching sun.
At present, municipal gardens and municipal sanitation, as well as urban management in some areas, formal employees do not have to work, but contract all their work to outsourcing companies, especially urban management departments. Once a dispute arises after contracting to an outsourcing company, it is all the fault of the temporary workers of the outsourcing company, which has nothing to do with them, and the responsibility is clearly left out.
So many large enterprises are following suit and contracting their work to outsourcing companies. As for how outsourcing companies exploit workers, it has nothing to do with them. This is called fairness. Similarly, in enterprises and institutions, some people don't have to do anything while drinking tea and blowing air conditioners, holding high salaries and various generous welfare benefits, while others are doing dirty work without welfare benefits and holding low wages because they are not regular employees.
The difference between regular employees and outsourced employees
First, different welfare benefits
Often the welfare benefits of regular employees are more generous than those of outsourced employees, with higher wages, shorter working hours and higher overtime pay.
Second, the work content is different.
Most of the work of regular employees is to supervise and manage outsourced employees, just like the relationship between landlords and long-term workers. Take a large supermarket as an example. Regular employees' daily work is to patrol shopping malls or work in offices, while outsourced employees are basically in front-line sales and cleaning, logistics, security and other positions. This relationship is the most intuitive. Look at the municipal sanitation and sweeping the streets. They are all old ladies, and they don't belong to them.
Third, the labor intensity is different.
The labor intensity of regular employees is lower than that of outsourced employees. The reason why these enterprises and institutions look for outsourcing companies is because they are unwilling and disdainful to work hard, so they try to find outsourcing companies. Employees of outsourcing companies often do hard work, tired work and dirty work.
Fourth, different responsibilities.
First of all, enterprises and institutions will be implicated if formal employees make mistakes or have work-related accidents, and they will bear the responsibility for this. What happens to the employees of the outsourcing company will be solved by the person in charge of the outsourcing company, and it will not involve people inside the enterprises and institutions.
The main difference between outsourcing and regular employees is 1. Enterprises and institutions should be responsible for regular employees, but outsourcing employees should not be responsible. 2. Enterprises and institutions need to ensure the welfare benefits of regular employees in accordance with the provisions of the labor law, and in order to reduce the cost in this regard, they only seek outsourcing companies, and often the temporary workers recruited by outsourcing companies will not guarantee the welfare benefits in accordance with the law. 3. The labor intensity and working environment of regular employees are better than those of outsourced employees, because the reason why enterprises and institutions look for outsourcing companies is to do dirty work for them, so the work done by outsourced employees is the dirty work that regular employees will not do.
