How to write the notice prohibiting throwing objects at high altitude?

Unconscious owners/tenants often throw cigarette butts, peels, bottles and other domestic garbage downstairs. This irresponsible behavior is very dangerous and immoral. Just today, a case happened in the community. A resident threw an unlit cigarette butt downstairs, causing the quilt drying downstairs to catch fire. Fortunately, it was found that the fire was put out in time, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable. Once again, call on the owners/tenants not to throw objects at high altitude.

According to the Tort Liability Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant laws and regulations were implemented on July 1 day, 2065438, which was approved by the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC). Among them, Article 87: If a throwing object or falling object from a building causes damage to others and it is difficult to determine the specific infringer, the user of the building who may have caused the damage shall make compensation, unless he can prove that he is not the infringer.

5. Don't put flowerpots, mops and other items on the outer edge of balcony and window to avoid falling objects and other accidents.
