2. If there is any dispute between the two parties in the execution of this contract or any matters related to this contract, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; If negotiation fails, bring a lawsuit to the people's court where the leased house is located.

Nine. others

1. This contract shall come into effect immediately after being signed by both parties; Without the consent of both parties, it shall not be terminated at will. If there are any outstanding matters, Party A and Party B can negotiate separately.

2. For matters not covered in this contract, Party A and Party B shall negotiate separately and sign a supplementary agreement. If the supplementary agreement is inconsistent with this contract, the supplementary agreement shall prevail.

3. The annexes to this contract are an integral part of this contract. The words filled in the blanks in this contract and its annexes have the same effect as the printed words.

4. Matters not covered in this contract, its annexes and supplementary agreements shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC).
