The difference between property leasing agent and principal-agent

The difference between real estate rental agent and principal-agent lies in time and object.

Entrustment generally refers to entrusting a matter or thing to a third party. The third party acts in its own name when handling things or handling things, and bears the legal responsibilities arising therefrom. A leasing agent is sometimes called a leasing agent, that is, the property accepts the entrustment of the lessor, acts as an agent for leasing, and signs a lease contract with the lessee within the scope authorized by the lessor.

Agency contract refers to principal-agent agreement, and lease contract generally refers to intermediary lease contract.
