Different personnel relations have different employment processes.

1. The personnel relationship is different: housing selection is a formal personnel relationship, while recruitment belongs to an independent personnel relationship within the unit.

2. The recruitment process is different: the property must pass the national examination, provincial examination or public institution examination, and the recruitment can be hired without taking the written examination.
