DC elevator: An elevator driven by a DC motor. The rated speed of this elevator is generally above 2.00 m/s. Hydraulic elevator: generally, electric pump is used to drive the liquid to flow, and plunger is used to lift the car.

Rack-and-pinion elevator: the guide rail is processed into a rack, and the car is equipped with a gear meshing with the rack, and the motor drives the gear to rotate to lift the car.

Screw elevator: the plunger of the straight-top elevator is machined into rectangular threads, and then a big nut with a thrust bearing is installed on the top of the oil cylinder, and then the motor drives the nut to rotate through the reducer (or belt) to make the screw lift the car up or down.

The power source of linear motor driving elevator is linear motor. In the early days, the elevator was driven directly by steam engines and internal combustion engines, but now it is basically gone. The motor passes through the reducer

Classification by speed

There is no strict speed classification for elevators, which is customary in China.

Low-speed elevator: usually refers to the elevator whose speed is lower than1.00 m/s.

Medium-speed elevator: usually refers to the elevator with the speed of 1.00 ~ 2.00 m/s.

High-speed elevator: usually refers to an elevator with a speed greater than 7 m/s.

1. The elevator is equipped with landing door, car running direction indicator, mathematical display car, running position indicator and elevator call button at each service floor station. When using the elevator call button, press the upstairs direction button and press the downstairs direction button.

2. When the car arrives, the floor direction indicator shows the moving direction of the car. Passengers should judge the direction they want to go and make sure the elevator is normal before entering the car. Pay attention to the closing of the door leaf, and don't stay at the joint of the floor door and the car door.

3. There are position indicators, control panels, door switch buttons and floor selection buttons in the car. After entering the car, press the floor selection button to go to the floor. To close the door immediately, press the close button. The car floor position indicator light shows that you have arrived at the floor, and you can leave after the car door is opened.

The rated load of this elevator is 13 people, so it can't be overloaded. People are overloaded, please take the initiative to quit.

Five, the passenger elevator can not often be used as a freight elevator, and it is absolutely not allowed to transport flammable and explosive goods.

Six, when the elevator abnormal phenomenon or failure, should remain calm, can call the car rescue, shall not pry open the elevator door without authorization, in an attempt to escape from the car.

Seven, passengers are not allowed to lean on the door, smoking and littering in the car, keep the car clean and hygienic.

Eight, passengers should take good care of the elevator facilities, and are not allowed to press the button and pry open the elevator door at will.

Nine, the driver should strictly perform their duties, during the elevator operation shall not be far away from the post, found that the fault timely processing and reporting.

Ten, drivers are not allowed to use the emergency stop button as a repair before normal exercise to eliminate the call signal; Maintenance speed is not allowed when the floor and car doors are open; It is not allowed to open the valve and safety door of the car roof; It is not allowed to transport super-long objects at maintenance speed; It is not allowed to use the manual switch of the car door as the start or stop function of the elevator; It is not allowed to change direction suddenly during exercise.

Eleven, the driver should always check the operation of the elevator, contact the elevator mechanic regularly, and make maintenance records.

Twelve, when the elevator stops using, the operator should stop the car at the base station, and disconnect all the switches on the operation panel and close the landing door. In case of power failure notice, stop the elevator in advance.
