Property fees are divided into four levels. The property fee collection standard is calculated according to the owner's property area, including the actual living area and the pool area. There are four charging standards for property fees. The first charging standard is 1 yuan /m2.month (including taxes), the second charging standard is 0.75 yuan/m2.month (including taxes), the third charging standard is 0.45 yuan/m2.month (including taxes), and the fourth charging standard is 0.35 yuan/m2. The actual property fee should also be charged according to the standard of government guidance price. The clearly marked property service fee includes: the composition of property service cost or property service expenditure generally includes the following parts: 1, the salary of management service personnel, social insurance and welfare fees drawn according to regulations, etc.
