Jiazi town social undertakings

The infrastructure of the town is improving day by day, with convenient transportation and extending in all directions. It is 0/4km away from Shenzhen-Shantou Expressway/Kloc-0, and the provincial highway S338 runs through the whole territory, reaching Shantou, Chaozhou and Fujian in the east and major cities in the Pearl River Delta in the west. Jiazi Port is located between Shantou and Shanwei, which is the "hinterland" of the two ports. The port can reach Shantou and Xiamen ports in the east and Hong Kong and Guangzhou in the west. It is a national first-class fishing port.

In terms of municipal construction, funds have been raised from all sides since 2000. Jiang Yan Road and Xihe Road have been opened in the town, and 50 meters of Fuyuan Road and 40 meters of Xinying Avenue and Huayuan Avenue have been opened for cement pavement. Reconstruction and construction of Binhai Road, Tongcheng Road, Dongfang Village Avenue, Yingjiang Avenue, Nanmen Street, Guangbin Road and other roads, and supporting greening and street lamps. In particular, the opening of Yingjiang Avenue has improved the investment development environment and living environment of Jiazi Town, enhanced the functions of the town, improved the taste of the town and established a new image of the town.

A new round of planning for Jiazi Town has been completed, and new steps have been taken in town planning and municipal construction. Garden communities and small and high-rise projects such as Yingcheng, Pengcheng, Jinyuan, Jinguan, Binhai, Seascape, Yujing Huang Ting, Xuan Ying Garden, Quiet Garden, Jinyuan Garden and Shenghua Haoting have been launched frequently, among which Jinyuan Community and Villa Garden Community have been completed, and the coastal garden on 16 floor has been capped and put into use in 201year. Construction of the palace with the highest floor of 28 has started, the first phase of the classic luxury palace with an area of over100000 square meters has been capped, and the second phase of the coastal garden with the highest floor of 24 and the third phase of the coastal garden with the floor of 18 have started. Most other communities have already started construction. The reconstruction of Nanjia Highway has been completed, and the third section of Jiagang Highway has been opened to traffic.

In order to improve the appearance of the city and strengthen the municipal management, Jiazi Town has set up a new municipal team to vigorously rectify the main roads and places, such as indiscriminate occupation and construction, setting up stalls, occupying roads, littering, posting and dumping garbage.
