Decision of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Abolishing the Provisional Regulations of the Township People's Government of Zhejiang Province and other 14 regulations.

One is to abolish 14 provincial government regulations whose main contents are inconsistent with the superior law or have been replaced by new laws and regulations, which are not suitable for the current economic and social development requirements of our province (see annex 1 for the catalogue). Two, announced that 1 has been invalid and the actual failure of the provincial government regulations invalid (see Annex 2). Three, the unified publication of the 59 provincial government regulations (see Annex 3).

This decision shall be implemented as of June 65438+10/October 65438 +0, 2008.
