China property management institute is a national industry self-regulatory organization with property management enterprises as the main body and related enterprises participating. It is voluntarily established according to relevant laws and regulations and has the qualification of a national first-class legal person. The first national congress of members was held in Beijing from June 5th to 10, 2000, at which the Articles of Association of china property management institute was adopted, and the first Council and the Standing Council, honorary president, president, vice president, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general were elected.
