The regulations on dog management in residential areas are formulated by the residential property management center, and the main contents are as follows:

Dog owners take them to the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department for immunization and quarantine every year, inject rabies vaccine for dogs, obtain animal health immunization certificates, and submit relevant documents to the property management office for inspection and copy for the record. Those who have not obtained the animal health immunization certificate shall not be kept;

2. When taking the dog out of the house, the dog should be led by an adult, and it is not allowed to take the elevator with others. Dog owners should carry garbage bags with them, collect dog droppings at any time and take them back to their own bathrooms for treatment. After the offenders are verified, the property management company will charge 10 yuan cleaning fee every time;

3. If the dog hurts others, the dog owner shall bear all the medical expenses of the victim and other corresponding civil liabilities, and compensate the injured person for other losses according to law.
