Background of residential property service standards

2010 165438+1October16 Beijing's "residential property service standard" was issued, which officially ended the era when Beijing's residential property fees were charged in full according to the housing area.

It is reported that according to the new standards formulated by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments, owners can negotiate with property companies on the service content and the calculation of property fees. This is the first property service level standard issued in the form of local standards in China.

The main contents of the standard are: general rules; Terms and definitions; Basic regulations; The first-class standard of residential property service and the second-class standard of residential property service; Three-level standards for residential property services; Four-level standard of residential property service; Five-level standard of residential property service.
