District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Dongjinzhuang Township Health Center and New Rural Cooperative Medical Management Center moved to new locations. Of the 55 communities in the whole district, 1 1 (oriental home Community, Oriental Scenery Community, Heda Community, Jingdun Home Community, Lijing Lanwan Community, New Generation East Community, Dajijia Hutong Community, Hesheng Home Community, Xinhe Garden Club Community, Tianma Community and Yingbin Community) has reached the construction standard of "High-standard Harmonious Community" in Baoding, 5/kloc. 12 was rated as "advanced community construction area" by the municipal party Committee and municipal government, "Hebei harmonious community construction demonstration area" in 2007, "national harmonious community construction demonstration area" by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2009, and "national disaster reduction demonstration community" in Beishi district in 20 12.
