It is a village with high location value and completely surrounded by cities.

(B) Growth-oriented villages in the city

A growing village in the city is a concentrated village and has been transformed into a mature village in the city. It has little or no agricultural land, and farmers have separated from the original rural production mode, and farming is no longer their main source of income.

Property rental income has become the main source of household registration villagers' income, and its proportion has a further increasing trend. Compared with mature villages in cities, the location value of villages in cities is low, and its governance is less urgent and difficult.

(3) Newly formed villages in the city

The newly formed village in the city means that it is on the edge of the city, and a large amount of agricultural land has been reserved, and farmers have not completely separated from agricultural production methods.
