It is learned from insiders that the property right operator of Qianmen Street is Tianjie Group, and the daily management and operation company is Beijing Oriental Shi Ying Cultural Assets Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Oriental Shi Ying") under Tianjie Group.

Tianjie said that the adjusted 14 merchants are all those whose contracts expired at the end of 20 17, including 6 old shops and 8 other tourist goods stores. In this adjustment, it is hoped that merchants will set up brand flagship stores, image stores or specialty stores, and the store decoration should conform to the overall style of Qianmen Street, and explore the mode of joint venture with operating companies. According to these requirements, Oriental Shi Ying Cultural Asset Management Company, the operating company of Tianjie Group, talked with every merchant whose contract expired. The old Dabei photo studio, Yueshengzhai and Shengxifu reached an intention to cooperate and continue their original operations; Inline promotion is under negotiation; Merchants such as Yi Decheng and Suzhou Daoxiang Village no longer cooperate because their quality or business methods are inconsistent with the adjustment direction.
