Does the property clean up construction waste?

The property shall be cleaned, and the construction waste generated by the owner shall be disposed of by itself. If the monthly property service fee paid by the owner includes the garbage cleaning fee, the property shall also be responsible for handling it. The property has the obligation to clean the residential environment, and the security guard is only responsible for the safety of the residential environment.
