Tianjin model worker's allowance after death

In order to fully reflect the concern of the party and the government for model workers, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions decided to express condolences to the families of model workers who died in this city. The implementation measures are formulated as follows:

First, the object and standard of condolences

(a) to the family members of the deceased national model workers and those who enjoy the treatment, give a one-time consolation money of 3000 yuan;

(two) to give a one-time consolation money of 2000 yuan to the families of the deceased municipal model workers and those who enjoy the treatment.

If the honorary title of model worker is revoked and the treatment of model worker is cancelled, the family members of model workers outside the country (territory) will not be included in the scope of condolences.

Second, condolence arrangements.

(1) After the death of the model worker, the trade unions of the Federation of Trade Unions and the Bureau Group Company shall advance the condolence funds according to the condolence standard, organize the trade union cadres to visit and condolence, and report the change information and condolence of the model worker to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions within five working days after the death of the model worker.

(2) The Municipal Federation of Trade Unions will transfer the condolence funds for the death of model workers to the trade union accounts of relevant district Federation of Trade Unions and bureau group companies before the end of each year1/.

Three. Related requirements

(1) attaches great importance to it and clarifies its responsibilities and tasks. The Federation of Trade Unions in each district and the trade unions in the bureau group companies should improve their political positions, clarify their responsibilities and tasks, and dynamically manage the living conditions of the service model workers they manage.

(two) strict standards, timely condolences to ensure that no one is missed. The Federation of Trade Unions of all districts and the trade unions of bureau group companies shall, in accordance with the requirements of condolence standards, organize trade union cadres to visit the families of the deceased model workers at the first time to ensure that no one is missed. The trade union leaders of the missing units should be held accountable.

(three) timely declaration, strict time node. The Federation of Trade Unions of all districts and the trade unions of the Bureau Group Company shall, within 5 working days after the death of the model worker, report the change information and solatium of the model worker to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. If the information is not declared within the time limit, the trade union of the relevant district or bureau group company shall bear the condolence funds by itself.

These Measures shall be interpreted by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and shall come into force as of 20 19 1.
