Community can hire cleaners, water and electricity maintenance personnel, property management personnel, etc. According to the actual situation of the community, help them establish a property team, help them formulate reasonable property charging standards, and disclose detailed accounts. Community neighborhood committees play the role of coordination, supervision and management, and owners' committees.
