Besides deed tax, what else?

(1) overhaul fund: The collection standard of the first special maintenance fund is: multi-storey residence (below 7 floors, without elevator): 60 yuan/square meter; Multi-storey residence (with elevator): 90 yuan/m2; Small high-rise and high-rise residential buildings (above and including 7 floors): 145 yuan/m2.

(2) Freight for clearing decoration garbage: Xi Municipal Price Bureau issued a notice, and the owner entrusted the property to clear and remove decoration garbage. The charging standard does not exceed 3 yuan per square meter, and the decoration deposit is determined according to the housing area, with a maximum of 3,000 yuan.

The owner may entrust the realty service enterprise to remove the garbage generated by the decoration, and bear the corresponding expenses for removing the decoration garbage, and the charge per square meter shall not exceed 3 yuan.

(3) Decoration deposit: the decoration deposit standard is based on households, the building area of the house is below 100 square meter, and the deposit does not exceed 2,000 yuan; The construction area is less than 150 square meter, and the deposit does not exceed 2,500 yuan; The construction area 150 square meters or more, and the deposit does not exceed 3000 yuan.

(4) Area price difference: According to Article 14 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Trial of Disputes over Commercial Housing Sales Contracts, if the interior area of the house delivered by the seller is inconsistent with the agreed area in the commercial housing sales contract, it shall be handled according to the agreement.

(5) Area mapping fee.

The principle of collecting area surveying and mapping fees is "whoever entrusts, pays", and the purchase contract has stipulated the obligation of developers to provide area surveying and mapping data to buyers, so the fees should be paid by developers.

6) Property fee.

One-year property management fee, property management fee and water and electricity deposit.

Special note: it is not illegal for ordinary communities to pay property fees for less than one year.

Property management service charges should be clearly marked, and the charging items and standards and charging methods should be announced in the business premises or charging places.

(7) Property agency fee.

The owner has the right to choose to handle the title certificate by himself, and the developer has no right to forcibly charge the owner.
