There are 232 faculty members in the school, of whom 133 have senior titles, including more than 40 famous teachers, Jiaxing famous teachers and Jiaxing teaching leaders. Every subject is strictly controlled by famous teachers to ensure the quality of education and teaching. Young teachers have excellent comprehensive qualities (including full-time graduate students 18 and master of education 2 1), and most of them graduated from well-known universities in China, such as Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Zhejiang University, Huazhong Normal University and Zhejiang Normal University.
