Property parking fee charging standard

In 2022, the charging standard of property parking management fee is that the ground parking service in the property management area of residential quarters will be charged at a maximum of 70 per vehicle per month. Temporary social vehicles are not charged for the first hour, and they are charged for more than 1 hour at 2/ hour (less than 1 hour at 1 hour), and the maximum daily charge is10 (within 24 hours).

The standard of parking space property management fee shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local price bureau. In the building division, the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars should first meet the needs of the owners. Within the building division, the ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
