Other auxiliary functions are only recommended and not mandatory. The security guard said that this is the rule of our branch, otherwise we can't open the card. In doubt, I asked the bank clerk (female) who was handling business at the counter. The man said impatiently, Our branch is a pilot bank. If you want to open a card, you must open these ancillary businesses, otherwise you can't open a card. This is a superior rule. You can call 95599 for consultation. Other branches may not have this requirement, so 15 yuan can open a card. It is not clear which branch can handle it. From the later experience, we can see that this explanation is perfunctory to customers, just to collect more money, while you provide better service. I believe I really left. I thought it was okay to go to other branches, but it was just trouble.

Then call 95599 for consultation. The customer service staff who accepted the consultation said that Shenzhen Branch of Agricultural Bank of China did not stipulate that online banking, super mobile phones and other supporting electronic services such as KBao must be opened for card opening. If you really don't need this kind of business, you can directly consult the business managers of various outlets or open a card. I think since Shenzhen Branch doesn't have this overlord rule, it's ok to go to Nanshan Sub-branch of Shandong Building.
6. (This part of the experience is the most irritating) Then I went back to Nanshan Sub-branch of Shandong Agricultural Bank Building. At this time, it is a little over 10, and the number has reached more than 30. There are already many customers, and many customers also want to open cards. However, the security guard in the lobby and several staff members said that the card could not be opened today, and the computer for "checking ID cards online" was broken, which was really speechless. Several customers said that they had already opened three or four cards, and they were very excited. But the staff said, don't worry with me. You look for the leader, I just work. What's the use of rushing with me, or I can't open it for you. Look at this attitude. Still, it makes sense. Perhaps this is the service style of the Agricultural Bank of China, and perhaps employees have deep grievances against the Agricultural Bank and have nowhere to vent. However, after observing there for a long time, I found that some customers can still open cards, all of which have been verified by the bank resident staff of China Merchants Securities (a woman is about forty or fifty years old) on the Internet. I think since others can open it, I should be able to open it through a regular business window. I waited with my queue number. When my number was called, I went to the window to handle it. The business manager at the counter said that I can't open a card for you without ID card verification results and personal information. Dizzy I asked, where to check, why some can check, and some don't open the card for verification. The employee said, don't ask me, ask the lobby (but there is no lobby manager in the lobby, only a resident of China Merchants Securities and China Everbright Securities, a securities consultant and two security guards. They say they can't open a card, but they can actually open a card through the stagnation point of China Merchants Securities. How do you explain this? She said she didn't know. Subsequently, with the help of the resident staff of China Merchants Securities Bank, the debit card of Agricultural Bank was successfully opened (only 5 yuan was charged for the work fee, and it was deposited in 50 yuan).
After completing the card, I got the information from the business manager of the VIP area of Nanshan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. That person (later, she said that she was not a business manager, but a Sino-Life) said that subsidiary businesses such as online banking must be opened in Nanshan Sub-branch, and 105 yuan (55 yuan handling fee, deposited in 50 yuan) should be paid in advance, which is the regulation of Nanshan Sub-branch. I said, I called 95599 for consultation, and Shenzhen Branch did not have such a regulation, but she actually said that Shenzhen Branch could not manage the following business activities.
