In addition, for other voting matters of the owners' meeting, after the voting deadline, if the voting rights held by the owners attending the meeting of the owners' meeting do not exceed half of the voting rights in the property management area, and the number of owners attending the meeting does not exceed half of all the owners, the voting time limit of the owners may be extended, but the maximum voting time shall not exceed 3 months. If the extension period of the owners' voting stipulated in the rules of procedure of the owners' congress is less than 3 months, such provisions shall prevail.
