How to carry out electrician maintenance work

1. The early shift personnel arrive at their posts at 8:30, and the lighting sockets on each floor are powered on at 8: 45-9: 10, and all personnel return to the duty room at 9:20.

2, 9:30 according to the maintenance, inspection plan and maintenance application form distribution work:

(1) Regularly check the ceiling lighting, electric well distribution cabinet, fan room and control box on each floor, fill in the checklist and make records.

(2) The foreman arranges a scheduled maintenance dispatch.

(3) Handling the maintenance application form from each floor.

(4) The floor inspection shall be carried out in an orderly manner and shall be completed within 1- 1.5 hours.

(5) Maintenance personnel shall fill in the dispatch list according to regulations, and pay attention to fill in the time clearly. After the dispatch is completed, they should immediately return to the duty room to accept the new dispatch. Dispatching orders for each floor shall not delay the backlog.

(6) When you leave the duty room to work, you should indicate the place of going out on the message board and erase it after work. Without special circumstances, maintenance personnel should not accept maintenance applications on the way.

(7) The duty room should always have personnel on standby. (The telephone number of duty room is 86 1 170 1) Maintenance personnel are not allowed to walk around the floor.

(8) In floor maintenance, except in special circumstances, maintenance personnel should take the staff passage.

3. Dine separately at12: 00-13: 00, and the duty room must keep personnel on duty.

5. The early shift personnel should return to the duty room before 15:30.

15, communication system management system

(1) is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the communication line from the outgoing terminal of the weak current well junction box on each floor of the shopping center to the user terminal.

(2) Communication lines should avoid channels and conform to construction specifications, so as to be horizontal, flat and vertical, neat and beautiful. Without the approval of the property department, telephone users shall not change or add communication lines.

(3) When the telephone in the shopping center fails, notify the property department, and the electrician should be in place quickly after receiving the notice, and ensure that the telephone returns to normal within 24 hours in case of major failure.
