Located in Sanbao Street, Bangzhou Street, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City. Founded in Ming Dynasty, it was rebuilt in Shen Bing in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty (1896). It is a granite arch bridge with two piers and three holes, 28.7 meters long and 2.7 meters wide. The bridge slate is engraved with "Binder rebuilt Guangxu Shen Bing" and "Binshe rebuilt three times in seven years of the Republic of China", which are well preserved.
