The municipal price department shall fully listen to the opinions of the property management unit and the owners' committee or the users of the property when approving the charging standards. The municipal price department shall, according to the changes in property management fees, timely adjust the approved property management fees.
After the property management fee standard is approved, the municipal price department will issue the certificate of property management service fee grade and the fee license, and implement the annual audit system. If the property management unit is approved to collect fees, it shall fill in the property management service charge card in detail and issue invoices in accordance with state regulations.
