Can the property company entrust it again?

Legal analysis: A property management company cannot entrust all the property management business in the property management area to other property management enterprises or any other enterprises. However, in order to improve the professional level of property management, property management enterprises can entrust the special service business in the property management area to professional service enterprises.

Legal basis: Article 94 1 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). Where a property service provider entrusts a special service project within the property service area to a professional service organization or other third party, it shall be responsible to the owner for the special service project.

The property service provider shall not entrust all the property services it should provide to a third person, or entrust all the property services to a third person after the demolition.
