However, in the view of the property management company, what happened was another scene. Manager Zhang of Chizhou Nanfeng Property Company said that when the owner came to look at the house, nothing was provided because the house was still under construction and the owner had been in Room 304. After the incident, Xiaoyin took the real estate developer, the property company and the owner of Room 304 to court. Not long ago, the local court ruled that Chizhou Jinfeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. paid 80% of Mr. Yin's decoration expenses, that is, more than 40,000. Xiaoyin herself bears 20% of the losses and more than 20,000 yuan. Regarding the verdict, Xiaoyin said that the real estate company has gone bankrupt, and the property company admitted that it did not verify the relevant property information, which led to the occurrence of wrong decoration results. Therefore, the property company should bear the responsibility. As for the verdict, Xiaoyin is ready to appeal, and the case is still in normal legal procedures.
