Brief introduction of Dongyue International

The total planned area is 18.9 1 hectare, the total construction area is 392,000m2 (above ground), and the green space rate is 43%. The planned architectural design is designed by Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute. The design introduces a brand-new concept of high-comfort living, ecological landscape design, humanized architectural layout and road system with separated people and vehicles, which will become a magnificent and beautiful landscape in Huantai County and even Zibo City.

The residence consists of 23 residential buildings, which are arranged in a circular double core. As a neighborhood space for public activities, housing is rich in levels and has good appreciation and recognition. Reasonable layout of residential location and orientation, meet the requirements of good sunshine and ventilation, ensure good indoor and outdoor environmental quality, ensure the reasonable and efficient layout of underground parking spaces, and achieve the overall planning and design goal of land saving and energy saving. The spatial level of the residential area is clear, rich and diverse, and the number of residential floors ranges from 18 to 25 floors, showing a general trend of low in the south and high in the north. Large public buildings are concentrated on the north side of Huantai Avenue, facing the planned administrative service center plot and its Honglian Lake, including office R&D, supermarkets, banks, post offices, leisure and fitness, hotels, business offices and other public service facilities. The public buildings in the community are mainly arranged along Yizhong Road and Park Road to meet the consumption of residents in the community and give consideration to external services. At the same time, we can also make use of the flow of people from Honglian Lake, Huantai No.2 Middle School, Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital (to be built) and Huantai Cultural and Sports Center to enliven the business atmosphere and enhance the vitality of the whole community. High-end clubs are arranged at the east entrance of the community, which will be shaped as the highlight of the main entrance of the community, enhance the image of the community, and facilitate residents' access management and daily service in function. Kindergarten is located in the southwest corner of the community, with abundant sunshine conditions and rich activities.
