The textual research of property management personnel is divided into theoretical knowledge examination and skill examination.

1, theoretical knowledge test

The closed-book written test is mainly used to assess the basic knowledge and related knowledge requirements that employees should master in this profession.

2. Skills assessment

Mainly use case analysis, simulation operation and so on. , mainly to assess the level of skills that employees should have in this occupation.

The theoretical knowledge examination and skill assessment shall be carried out with a percentage system, and more than 60 points shall be qualified. The examination content is divided into theoretical knowledge examination (120 minutes) and skill examination (90 minutes), and the basic knowledge and skill level of property management of employees are assessed in the form of online learning+online examination/on-site examination respectively.

Registration conditions of property manager certificate

1, property manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) Having worked continuously in this major for more than 1 year, having been trained by a professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and having obtained a certificate of completion.

(2) have worked continuously in this occupation for more than 2 years.

(3) Those who have obtained a college degree or above in this major or related majors.

2. Assistant Property Manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of professional property manager, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 2 years, and has been trained by professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager.

(3) Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in this major or related majors.

3. Property manager (in one of the following circumstances)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property assistant manager.
